Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your product and variant, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online via card/UPI or choose Cash on Delivery or Store Pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), net banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@djibangalore.in for assistance.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000 in select pin codes. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the 'Coupon' field on the cart page or during checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Store pickup is ready within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order from 'My Orders' in your account dashboard.
Is free shipping available?
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat ₹200 shipping fee applies.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Activated or used products cannot be returned.
How long does a refund take?
Online payment refunds reflect in 5-7 business days. UPI refunds take 24-48 hours. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer in 5-7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty & Service
What warranty do products come with?
Consumer drones and gimbals come with 12-month manufacturer warranty. Accessories and batteries have 6-month warranty. Enterprise products have 12-month warranty (extendable with Care Enterprise).
How do I claim warranty?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 99647 77744 or email support@djibangalore.in with your order ID. Our technicians will run a diagnostic and guide you through the process.
What is DJI Care Refresh?
DJI Care Refresh is an optional plan that covers accidental damage from crashes, collisions, and water contact. It must be activated within 48 hours of product activation.
Do you offer on-site repair?
Yes, visit our Bangalore experience store for in-store repair. Most repairs are completed in 3-5 business days. Enterprise products get priority handling.
Account & Technical
How do I create an account?
Click 'Login' in the navbar and sign in with your Google account. Your account is created automatically on first login. You can then manage your profile, orders, and addresses.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. You can track your order using your email and order ID from the order lookup page.
How does the chatbot work?
Our AI-powered chatbot can help you find products, compare models, check prices, and answer technical questions. It uses real-time product data from our catalog.
