Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order ID once your order has been placed successfully.


Shipping Methods & Timelines


Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days. Free on orders above ₹5,000. ₹200 flat rate for orders below ₹5,000.

Express Shipping — 2-3 business days. ₹500 flat rate across India.

Store Pickup — Ready within 24 hours of order confirmation. Visit our Bangalore experience store.


Coverage Area


We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take an additional 2-3 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes — a physical address is required for all deliveries.


Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order in real-time from your account dashboard under 'My Orders' or use the tracking link provided by the courier.


Cash on Delivery


COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000 in select pin codes. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of delivery. COD orders that are refused at delivery will not be eligible for re-shipping — a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.


Damaged or Lost Shipments


If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@djibangalore.in. For lost shipments, our team will investigate with the courier partner and resolve within 5-7 business days. We will either reship the product or issue a full refund.
