Standard Warranty Coverage


All products purchased from DJI Bangalore come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.


Consumer Drones — 12 months from date of purchase

Enterprise Drones — 12 months (extendable with Care Enterprise)

Camera Gimbals — 12 months from date of purchase

Accessories & Batteries — 6 months from date of purchase

Display Products (Monitors, etc.) — 12 months from date of purchase


What Is Covered


Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Hardware failures under normal operating conditions.

Firmware-related issues that affect product functionality.

Component failures (motors, sensors, cameras) not caused by physical damage.


What Is NOT Covered


The following are excluded from warranty coverage:


Physical damage from crashes, impacts, water damage, or misuse.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Normal wear and tear (propellers, propeller guards, foam pads).

Battery degradation below 70% capacity (batteries are consumables).

Damage from using non-genuine DJI accessories or third-party chargers.

Products with altered, removed, or tampered serial numbers.

Software issues caused by unofficial firmware or jailbreaking.


How to Claim Warranty


Step 01 — Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 99647 77744 or email support@djibangalore.in with your order ID and product details.

Step 02 — Diagnostic: Our certified technicians will run a remote or in-store diagnostic to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

Step 03 — Repair or Replace: Covered products will be repaired or replaced at no cost. You will be notified before any charges are applied for non-warranty issues.

Step 04 — Return: Repaired or replaced products will be available for pickup at our store or shipped to your address (shipping covered by us for warranty claims).


DJI Care Refresh


For accidental damage coverage, consider purchasing DJI Care Refresh at the time of your product purchase. DJI Care Refresh covers:


Accidental damage from crashes, collisions, and water contact.

Up to 2 replacement units per year (depending on plan).

Coverage for both the aircraft and gimbal/camera.


Note: DJI Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours of product activation. Contact us for more details.


Warranty Claim Turnaround


In-Store Repair — 3-5 business days for most repairs. Complex issues may take up to 15 business days.

Mail-In Service — 7-10 business days including shipping both ways.

Enterprise Products — 5-10 business days. Priority handling for Care Enterprise subscribers.
